01 · Breathwork Therapy
Not in a shiny "fix your life in three sessions" kind of way, but in the slower, more honest way of helping people come back into relationship with themselves.
I offer guided breathwork sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and deeper connection to the body. My approach is grounded, trauma-aware and practical. I'm less interested in peak experiences and more interested in helping people feel safer, steadier and more alive in their everyday lives.
I primarily work with Conscious Connected Breath (CCB), alongside other reflective and body-based practices including somatic sensing, journaling, inner-inquiry work, myofascial release, IFS work and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE).
Breathwork has been an important part of my own healing journey, supporting me through experiences of trauma, ADHD, burnout and body dysmorphia. I bring this lived experience into the room, whilst trying not to take myself too seriously. I trust the body's innate intelligence deeply. My role is not to "fix" people, but to help create the conditions where healing, insight and reconnection can happen naturally.

How to work with me
We have a free 15-minute call to work out together what you need and your intentions. I share the principles of breathwork and how it might support you.
We book a 1.5-hour breathwork session, in person or online, where the real work happens.
We have a follow-up debrief and coaching session on your goals and what you're working with.
02 · Grief Tending
Whether it's personal loss, climate grief, burnout, heartbreak, injustice or simply the ache of being human: grief needs somewhere to go. It needs to be metabolised. For those of us born into late-stage capitalist, post-industrial societies, we were never taught how.
I create spaces where grief can be named, witnessed and integrated with care and honesty. Sometimes that looks quiet and reflective. Sometimes it looks messy, funny, angry or unexpectedly relieving. Grief is rarely linear, and I don't believe we need to pathologise it. I see griefwork as making space for what's real, without rushing to fix, tidy up or move on from it.
My work in this area has been shaped by years in environmental and social justice movements, where grief, exhaustion and moral injury are often sitting just beneath the surface.
I offer
I fundraised for, co-conspired on and edited Weaving Grief, the Body and Transformative Justice, alongside Camille Barton and Healing Justice London, and trained as a Grief Doula with the International Doula Life Movement.
At its core, this work is about helping people stay connected to themselves and each other, even in the midst of uncertainty, heartbreak or change.

03 · Facilitation
I've spent over 15 years facilitating conversations in activist spaces, charities, conferences, community projects and international gatherings. I'm especially interested in helping groups have difficult conversations without collapsing into avoidance, blame or burnout.
My facilitation style is warm, grounded and relational. I care about creating spaces where people can think clearly, speak honestly and stay connected, particularly when there are differences in power, perspective or lived experience. I bring a mix of structure, intuition and humour, alongside a strong understanding of group dynamics, nervous systems and conflict.
I support groups and organisations with
My work integrates trauma-informed practice, somatic awareness and reflective process design, but always in a way that feels human and accessible rather than overly clinical or abstract.
04 · Coaching
I tend to work with people who hold a lot: leaders, carers, activists, founders, facilitators, people in transition, and people trying to do meaningful work without losing themselves in the process. Together we slow things down enough to hear what's actually going on beneath the noise.
Sometimes people come to me because they're burnt out. Sometimes because they've lost direction. Sometimes because they're carrying responsibility for everyone else and can't hear themselves anymore.
I'm not interested in performance coaching or hyper-productivity. I care more about helping people make decisions that are aligned with their values, bodies and actual lives.
Areas I commonly support people with
My approach draws from coaching, somatic work, systems thinking, breathwork and years of working alongside people trying to create change in complex systems.
+ Organisational Coaching & Culture Support
I support organisations, networks and teams to build healthier ways of working that are resilient, relational and sustainable over the long term.
A lot of organisations working for positive change are carrying exhaustion beneath the surface. Good people become overstretched. Conflict gets avoided. Urgency takes over. Teams lose connection to purpose and to each other. My work helps teams pause long enough to reconnect with what matters and build cultures they can actually thrive within.
I support organisations with
I work with charities, grassroots organisations, social justice movements, networks and purpose-led organisations navigating complexity and change.
05 · Food Systems Change
Before I was facilitating breathwork sessions, I was organising conferences, running campaigns, working with farmers, artists, activists and food organisers, and asking big questions about how we build food systems that are fairer, more connected and more alive.
I was Conference Manager for the Oxford Real Farming Conference, one of the UK's leading gatherings for agroecology and food systems transformation. That experience deeply shaped how I think about collaboration, movement-building and creating spaces where difficult but necessary conversations can happen well.
I also co-led the Stop the Rot campaign with This Is Rubbish, a creative national campaign exploring food waste, food justice and the absurdities of our broken food system, combining activism, public engagement, art and storytelling.
Over the years I've worked across
Farming, breathwork, facilitation and systems change might seem like different worlds, but to me they're deeply connected. All of them ask the same questions: How do we stay connected? How do we build resilience? How do we create conditions for life to thrive?
